CAM Energy provides innovative solutions for the biology and servicing of biogas plants. We can draw on a high-quality product portfolio that includes trace elements, silage additives, enzyme mixes and iron products.

Trace elements
MiaMethan Complex – maximum bioavailability of trace elements

Complexed trace element mixtures as bagged goods (P) or liquid product (L), complies with TRGS 529, not a hazardous material.

With the MiaMethan Complex P products, you receive fast-acting emergency mixtures or analytically customised mixtures specifically for your biogas plant in a fermentable bag. Particularly sustainable thanks to complete recycling with „lost package” packaging. MiaMethan Complex L liquid trace element mixtures are suitable for direct or automatic dosing. The right mixture for each fermenter in 25 litre canisters, 220 litre barrels or in 1000 litre IBCs.

Silage additives
MiaSilage - silage additives for quality silage

The best plant efficiency can only be achieved with high-quality and stable silage. Selected and tested microorganisms create the best conditions for fast, effective and low-loss ensiling. Whether clover or grass silage, whole crop silage, maize silage or alternative substrates, we have the right product.

Nitrogen fixation
MiaMethan A-Min – Reversible nitrogen adsorption with rich substrates

The binding of ammonium nitrogen reduces the conversion to ammonia, which acts as a cytotoxin. The biogas process is stabilised and nitrogen losses are minimised. The high specific surface area of MiaMethan A-Min provides the microorganisms with additional colonisation surface. This opens up new possibilities for alternative nitrogen-rich substrates. It is added in fermentable bags via the solids dosing system.

Enzyme mixtures
MiaMethan ProCut – highly active enzyme mixtures for homogeneous containers

Special enzyme mixtures in solid or liquid form to reduce viscosity, optimise fibre degradation and reduce power consumption. We have the right multi-enzyme mixture for your substrates and your plant design. This means that fibre-rich substrates, highly viscous fermenters or floating layer formation are no longer a problem. Cellulose degradation in sewage treatment plants is also attracting more attention!

Iron products
Powder or liquid – desulphurisation and nutrient supply

MiaMethan Fe nature is the first desulphurisation product for use in biogas plants that originates from a nature conservation project and therefore is truly sustainable. Almost pure iron hydroxide is deposited in rivers in former mining regions and poses a considerable threat to aquatic habitats. With the product MiaMethan Fe nature, we have succeeded for the first time in preparing this iron hydroxide ready for use – for maximum desulphurisation performance and for the protection of our ecosystems!

MiaMethan Fe L is a special liquid product for the nutrient supply of microorganisms with the element iron and for peak load desulphurisation. The product is liquid and not corrosive. This significantly increases the additive options and also makes the product interesting for metal and percolate tanks, sewage treatment plants and special applications.

By adding iron products directly at the source of the hydrogen sulphide, corrosive reactions are reduced, activated carbon filters are relieved and biological desulphurisation is optimised.

Combi-products
MiaMethan combi-products – All in One

Our MiaMethan Kombi E products are customised to suit your daily dose of trace elements and enzymes. MiaMethan Kombi A contains the ammonium binder as a carrier for trace elements, perfect for nutrient supply with increased nitrogen levels. The all-rounder is our MiaMethan Kombi AE with trace elements, ammonium binder and enzymes in one product.

Defoamers

Our defoamers are effective where traditional oil is no longer sufficient. MiaMethan Schaum-Ex L1 works best when added to the foaming surface of the fermenter drop by drop. Foam can have various causes. We are happy to advise you not only on product use, but to work with you to find the source of the foam formation. Available in a 20 kg canister. We also deliver in drums or IBCs upon request.
